Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyFantastic service from Merci Maman. An initial problem I made with my order was rectified promptly with the support of Misha. The necklace is absolutely beautiful with exquisite engraving. Our daughter loves it, very special. Thank you so much.

Review collected by a third partyAwful service. Despite paying for guaranteed delivery for Christmas, I’ve not received my order and when I’ve tried to contact them to find out where it was , I received their out of office reply stating they’re closed until January. Would not recommend. No communication. Do not use.

Review collected by a third partyReceived a personalised order which was created not as requested. Returned end of November to the address advised… sent several emails chasing up and have been ignored and no Christmas gift on Christmas Day. Appreciate that there can be delays but communication very poor. Really disappointed.

Review collected by a third partyThe office was closing earlier than normal due to Covid and not having received the message that the gift could be picked up, the bracelet was hand delivered to our house by a member of staff on their way home.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered an additional disc so that I could add my second son to my original necklace. The delivery and service was so quick. I ordered one morning and it came the next. Very impressed and happy I now have both my sons on my merci maman necklace.
