Review collected by a third partyUnfortunately my order arrived with the wrong engraving finally got hold of someone who said it would be re done I heard nothing back so rang again and someone said it was being done . This was needed for a specific date /reason and hadn't arrived for the occasion so was given later which spoilt the present I would advise they double check the engraving before items are sent out and communicate better with customers when there has been a problem
