Review collected by a third partyI bought three items, having always been really pleased with the products from here. This time my items were Stud Earrings, an Eternity Bracelet on a pink braid and some cleaner for all my pieces. The day after my items arrived I contacted the office to say I couldn't get the braid to slide and get my wrist in. The lady explained what to do and my husband and I tried but one of the knots would not slide. I was told to email photos, which I did on Friday but it is now Tuesday afternoon and I have had no reply. Which is bad customer service.
