Review collected by a third partyNot quite meeting my expectations. The writing on the bracelet is really tiny, hardly legible, wish I had known that so as to opt for fewer characters instead. The bracelet cord is a bit too coarse for my liking and comes undone really easily. Delivery took longer than usual.

Review collected by a third partyThe silver keyring was appreciated by the receiver even if it took a long time to arrive. I wish there was some way of acknowledgment or direct response to the customers comments left in the order, as I wasn’t sure if they would be taken into account or not. Also, not quite convinced by the appropriateness of the packaging branded with ‘Merci MAMAN’ when destined for a male receiver; there must be an alternative packaging offered in those cases, without the full brand name.
