Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyGreat service, quick dispatch and delivery. Love the necklace I bought as a gift to myself one year after having my baby. Only gripe is the gemstone pendant is yellow gold and doesn't match with the rose gold necklace and two other pendants. Wish I'd known, I'd have chosen yellow gold so they all matched

Review collected by a third partyI purchased the links bracelet. It is beautifully engraved and the service was fantastic. However in less than a week the hinge on the link lock is loose and the bracelet is not wearable. The customer care is responsive to the concern however it needs to be rectified soon. I have been buying the MM products since 2007 and have never been disappointed. They are brilliant at what they do.

Review collected by a third partyThe product was really well done - my girlfriend is very happy. We are impressed by the engraving, especially fitting the larger name on the smaller ring. I will definitely recommend you to others if the opportunity arises.

Review collected by a third partyThe packaging looked cheep, engraving was’ t as beautiful and the silver pendant look different from advertised . On the picture looks that it is changing thickness , in reality the thickness doesn’t change. Although cute , I am a bit underwhelmed. I think that the products are well overpriced.

Review collected by a third partyLovely necklace but unfortunately the wee flower card which explains the meaning didn’t match the one I ordered/ received. I know it’s not a big deal but it was just disappointing as the necklace holds a lot of meaning and It was an expensive product so I hoped for better attention to detail. I understand it is only human error though.

Review collected by a third partyFirst time customer and I must say the service from start to finish was brilliant. The necklace was as its picture and worth every penny. The engraving on the necklace and quality was well worth it The wraping suited the box which meant the gift which was a birthday present looked really pretty. I will buy again and would recommend to others.
