Review collected by a third partyI ordered a necklace with three charms, one for each of my children. This was a big investment for me. When the necklace arrived one of the charms had a clear kink in it. I contacted merci Maman and they said they would replace the charm. The replacement charm arrived however it had central engraving when I had ordered edge engraving. I wouldn’t have minded too much except it then didn’t match the other two charms. I contacted and they offered a 10%discount, however I said I would prefer a replacement as I wanted the necklace to be perfect given I had spent over £100 on it. They were happy to do this and I am currently awaiting the replacement charm. This has all out a bit of a dampener on the purchase. The necklace is however just what I was looking for, and will be really pretty once the replacement arrives. The customer service has also been good and friendly and has dealt with my emails promptly. I’m fairly sure this was just a one off faulty charm, and on the whole I think it is a good company.

Review collected by a third partyThe quality of the necklace I ordered is great. The engraving is lovely and satisfies my obsession for complete symmetry. The packaging is so nice I refuse to throw it out, it is where I store my necklace when I'm not wearing it. And the delivery was quick. I'm all-around happy with the whole experience!
