Beware if choosing to order for fast delivery as items not dispatched the same day as described, or even the next day. When I emailed to ask why the item was dispatched on the third day they advised they were closed on the Monday (no mention of this on the site), and no mention why they didn’t dispatch it the day after that. Promise fast delivery to secure the sale which is really unfair when I could have purchased a better item and just waited longer for it. Bracelet looks nice but very expensive for what it actually is, as the band is fabric. Customer service was also poor. No empathy or concern and didn’t even bother replying to my last email.
