Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyMy order was accepted and paid for. I was then left disappointed when I had a message to say it was out of stock.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a bracelet for a child from them. The gift box was stained when I received it. For obvious reason I couldn't gift it in the stained box, so I asked support team for a replacement box (7 days in advance of the the event I bought this for!). They came back to me saying they can't send me the replacement.

Review collected by a third partyIt arrived in a good package, nothing broken so I can give it like this as a gift! It was a beautiful delicate necklace. Because i am in Canada it was Fedex that recieve chronopost and send me an email but look suspicious like all the email we receive. So i didn't paid attention, but some days later I was wondering when my package will arrive. When I finally understand it was really Fedex, only one day last before they send it back. I had to pay for douane taxes so that is why they didn't send it directly home.

Review collected by a third partyI didn’t realize this product was coming from Paris. The shipping was super fast and the bracelet turned out beautifully, including the engraving. I would recommend this product and company to anyone and I’m so glad that I found it.
