Review collected by a third partyI became a mother in June 2022 and my partner got me a lovely disc necklace engraved with my son's name and date of birth. I fell in love with it immediately and have rarely taken it off. I changed the necklace as this didn't stay as vibrant as well as the disc pendant but I have bought the gold cleaner so I will give that a clean and hopefully it will come back to life. Since then I've bought the hammer bracelets, gold, silver and rose gold with my son, niece and nephews name and DOB engraved and I love every piece I've had. All of the engraved pieces haven't tarnished and they also come with a personal certificate of who hand-engraved which is lovely. Lovely pieces xx

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a chain (over £100) for my wife who wore it a couple of times. She fell asleep with it on and woke to find the link broken. On contacting to report the faulty product was told that this does not happen to the chains and that it would only do so with a “collision” and was offered 50% off to by another one. I was told that wearing the chain to sleep was deemed inappropriate use and would not be covered by the guarantee. This is very disappointing service and product quality.

Review collected by a third partyUpdated - company pretended to appear to be resolving issue however they did not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. I ordered an extra charm to be restrung on an existing bracelet which I sent back which they lost at the forwarding company in London I had to send it to. They then proceeded to produce the charm and send it to me (without a bracelet?!?!) and charge me for the pleasure rather than refunding. This entire process has been an absolute SHAMBLES - beware that this company is no longer based in the UK and communications and shipping logistics is a nightmare. I repeat - DO NOT USE. Original: I sent back a bracelet I bought for my husband on the birth of my first chid to be restrung with a new charm to mark the birth of our second. I also ordered a bracelet for my niece’s Christening this weekend which also hasn’t arrived. The first bracelet is obviously a sentimental piece of jewellery which we are disappointed has not been returned to us. This order was placed in November and now this company has gone silent on me and won’t respond to emails, calls or WhatsApp’s. I suspect they may have gone out of business? I will be claiming the money back on my card but very disappointed not to get the original piece back.

Have bought from Merci Maman with no problem previously so this is really disappointing plus my son has still not received his Christmas present !!! Frustrating that there is no UK number to call .
