Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyThe necklace I brought was different to others I’d seen. I also like that I can have my children’s names and dates of birth on a piece of jewellery, but they are hidden.

Review collected by a third partyI've ordered many pieces over the years and have always been so happy with them. I recently ordered a new chain that broke at the clasp pretty quickly. I emailed customer service and they rectified the situation so easily and quickly!

Review collected by a third partyEDIT: @ Astrid funny to read your reply on a public forum given you still haven't replied to my emails or ever indicated that you plan on exchanging the item. You have my email address so reply back and do the needful. Please do not lie here justbtonsave your company's image because we both know emails from your company have been nothing but rude and you have completely ignored me and this has been going on since January * This company has no concept of customer services they are rude and unhelpful I have an issue ( a fault on their part) which has been going on since Jan and still not resolved a month later. Their staff just keep making excuses/ do not reply dor days unless you chase them. When asked to speak to management I was told that "they would not interfere" im still waiting for a refund/exchange.
