Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyMerci man were fantastic. Fantastic products and extremely attentive customer services, Astrid was an absolute diamond. My nephew was in intensive care at 2 days old and it was really important to me that I bought a gift for my sister In law. I unfortunately made a spelling mistake on one of the rings on her necklace. Unfortunately at just over 3 weeks old we lost the most beautiful boy but Astrid made sure that a replacement was sent out to me so I could give the perfect gift. Given the gravity of the situation her attentiveness and kindness was above and beyond. A really lovely person and company to deal with and buy from. A few days later I also bought my brother a gift. Everything arrived promptly and in a really nice box. We lost him a week before Christmas and everything was here and ready to gift.
