Verified reviewThe garment had an obvious spot on the placket where the fabric had not been dyed, so it should not have passed quality control checks or been offered for sale. Dealing with Lacoste Customer Services about this issue was like going back in time to the 20th century and not an experience I care to repeat. The shipping charge was not refunded, no one apologised for the delivery of an obviously faulty shirt, the Lacoste Customer Service email server inexplicably rejected delivery of any email I sent them and the instructions for emailing photographs of the fault were incoherent. All in all, a very disappointing and time-wasting experience.
