Verified reviewI recently purchased a watch from their online store, but the colour was nothing like the product pictures. I immediately requested a return, and while Hamilton accepted the return immediately and provided a collection label, the refund process has been incredibly difficult. They confirmed in writing that they received the watch back 8 days ago. Since then, customer service informed me twice that the refund had been processed, but PayPal confirmed that no refund has actually been issued. Because the money never arrived despite their assurances, I had to open a PayPal dispute and have now escalated it to a formal claim. Hamilton’s customer service team has now stopped responding to my follow-up emails regarding the missing funds. I actually planned to purchase a different watch model from them, but after this experience, I will not be buying from them again.
