Paid for DHL express delivery which was stated at 2 to 3 days, 7 days later no delivery no communications, telephoned to wait for 30 mins to be put through to the wrong department and promised a call back from correct department, no call back, poor.

I only wanted a new strap and it took a little searching than I was expecting before I got to where I wanted. But this is being a bit picky (ie why only 4 stars)
