The strap broke at the first adjustment. It was clearly faulty and I have sent it back for repair. I have paid £110.00 but have not used the strap yet. To be fair, the female agent at Hamilton online ( Martina ) was brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. Never the less I should have been sent a replacement strap without question. It’s not as if I want a refund, I just want a good product which is fit for use. I will have to wait for the the repaired bracelet to be sent back to me. Helpful people but really I should be wearing my Hamilton watch with the new strap and I am not. All very disappointing really. Still, there is nothing I can do but wait for the repairs to be done.
