Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewAlthough initially concerned with the delivery charge, the price of the product was so great that it was not a real issue. Delivered much quicker than I expected too - within a few days. FAQ and info on site was helpful. Only snag I would call out was the filter mechanism on the website was a bit glitchy when refining the search. Not a massive issue though.

Verified reviewGreat experience as ever. Shame that due to Brexit it’s now almost impossible to return anything given the very high costs of shipping. Anyway, that’s not Glisshop’s fault…

Verified reviewGreat products, delivered quickly to the UK. Outer box was damaged on delivery, not much tape on it to seal it up! But luckily no products damaged inside. Would use Glisshop again.
