Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewGlisshop services were great, rapid and helpful. Let down by DPD who "lost" one of our parcels. Eventually arrived after 15 days, after much chasing.

Verified reviewVery good service , I had a slight issue with the delivery as the address label didn't have my house name on it , just the road , so was sent to drop off point . Not sure if that was my mistake in order , but will check for next time .

Verified reviewWhen I browse and buy ski boots from glisshop I receive an extremely helpful professional team of customer service personnel and that includes when something doesn’t fit and returning items The boots are excellent quality at reasonable prices. My grandchildren both love the ski boots I bought. they are extremely comfortable and excellent quality. Only prob which happens with all boots is thst they are difficult to get on when the overnight cold makes the shell difficult to put your foot in but once warm no problem. Brilliant. I’m looking for junior race boots now but as yet can’t find the colour my grandson wants in his new size but we can wait that’s how good Glissop is
