Verified reviewAt the moment I can only comment on the shopping experience with smashinn.com as I have yet to play with the Padel racquet I ordered but as for the ordering and delivery... An absolute pleasure! The item (Bullpadel racquet) was just about the best price I could find in Europe and the delivery time using standard delivery was well around a week which was perfectly acceptable - if I'd wanted expedited delivery I could have paid more and it would have arrived sooner. The racquet was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I cannot wait to start playing with the new racquet and I really expect to be ordering from smashinn again when/if I need a new or backup Padel racquet. Five stars!

Verified reviewI've used trade inn several times over a number of years and every time they've been good. I live in the UK so delivery takes a bit longer. There was a slight delivery issue this time as the tracking wouldn't work once the item was in the UK. It was a day late. I'm still happy as the price of my tennis racket was superb. I do notice that many reviews mention the returns system is terrible. I just want to say I've never had to return anything, so this hasn't been an issue for me.

Verified reviewThe only reason I placed the order because it was showing 15-16/09 delivery time. It arrived on 21/09. Customer service couldn’t help me at all, shifting responsibility to the courier. In the end it’s their website and their choice of courier. Do not trust delivery date!

Verified reviewThe purchase of a new Padel racket was very easy and was delivered from Spain in some 5 days to my doorstep in The Netherlands. Rate difference was at least € 100,- on the same racket. It was the model from 1 year ago but that was mentionnd in the details. Very happy in this case!
