Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewHaven't used the products yet, but all look great and in perfect condition. Bindings all set for position and weight. Had to ask to delay delivery on my second order due to being away, all perfectly handled as requested. Very cost effective pricing and no issues with customs or delivery on shipping to UK.
