My package was delivered after 2,5 weeks, I needed the package for a party and I received it 1 week later. I called DHL and problem was that Francomina did not give my email address, nor phone number to them so they could not reach me to deliver the package, big mistake from Francomina.

Verified reviewThe texture and craftsmanship of the dress are excellent. It is high-quality, elegant, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The buttons are well hidden, and the zipper is discreetly concealed. The only downside was that the neckline opened a bit too much. A hidden button there would have been helpful — but apart from that, we are completely satisfied.
