My package was delivered after 2,5 weeks, I needed the package for a party and I received it 1 week later. I called DHL and problem was that Francomina did not give my email address, nor phone number to them so they could not reach me to deliver the package, big mistake from Francomina.

The order came in 2 parts but with a big time gap. The second part arrived a week after the first and too late for the event I bought the items for. Tried to contact Fracomina but chat was down for several days. Am long term Fracomina customer - but this time am disappointed. Disorganised and not user friendly 🙃
