My package was delivered after 2,5 weeks, I needed the package for a party and I received it 1 week later. I called DHL and problem was that Francomina did not give my email address, nor phone number to them so they could not reach me to deliver the package, big mistake from Francomina.

Verified reviewNot transparent details about cost of returns. Before ordering I have found information that returns are free after you paying for shipment 15 euro. Refund is delayed for tree days. I don't know why, but never mind. Thanks.

Verified reviewYour store is nice, but on other websites I see clothes (from your brand) that you don’t have available online or in stock. That bothered me.

Verified reviewIt was the second time I purchased, since the first time the size was too small. Both the new purchase and the return service were absolutely excellent.
