Verified reviewAwful experience. I found I very reasonably priced board and binding set. Unfortunately it went missing in the mail. Not there fault or mine. But the service I received after was awful. Very reluctant to send a refund. Evenly after months I did get refunded nut I was charged for the postage. I contacted them by Telephone to finally get it resolved. The customer service team on the phone are very nice and helpful.
