Regarding the ski bindings, we have not received a request concerning an incorrect mounting or a non-conforming product, nor have we received any photos showing the problem. To allow us to investigate this with our technical team, could you please contact us by replying by email with clear photos of the bindings and mounting, along with a detailed explanation of the issue? Regarding the additional £115 you mentioned, we were not previously informed of these charges. Please note that all costs applicable to your order are included in the order total, and no additional payment should be required upon delivery. Could you therefore please send us a copy of the document or receipt showing the £115 charge, as well as any relevant information provided by the carrier?
