Verified reviewI ordered 2 A2 cartridge paper pads and I was expecting to receive the usual portrait pad, but got landscape instead of portrait, I did not see this mentioned on the details. Disappointed!
Reply from Cowlingandwilcox.com
Thank you for getting in touch with us and expressing your concerns. Daler Rowney, the manufacturer of this pad, decided to change the A2 and A1 versions some time ago from Portrait to Landscape. We updated our images accordingly at the time but I can fully understand the frustration of this when you're used to a different format. I understand one of our customer service team has been in touch to run through this with you and I hear that you're happy with the conversation. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if we can help further. Kind regards, Guy.
