Verified reviewI would have no hesitation in recommending Cowling and Wilcox. They provide an excellent service in every aspect from the quality of their products to the quality of their customer service. I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and have always found them fair and reliable. A first class business in every regard.

Verified reviewI have no idea how to use this. Apparently there is supposed to be an instruction video but I haven't been able to track one down. Frankly, it's a total waste of money.

Verified reviewExcellent products let down badly by poor customer service. Although a discount was offered, the online form wouldn't accept the discount voucher. I contacted customer service via the company's website but could get no response. It was not a great deal of money but I would not use this company again, as a matter of principle...

Verified reviewWow! Next day delivery AND cheaper than Amazon. Ordered lunchtime and received it the next day plus a couple of pounds less expensive than Amazon for the exact same product. Good quality and just what I needed. Will be returning for all my arts and crafts needs in the future!

Verified reviewI don't have problem with the order but the carrier simply left my parcel on the doorstep, which is on a busy street. The order was not insubstantial in cost.
