Verified reviewVery satisfied with the website and ordering procedure. Paid extra for next day delivery, only to be informed that due to heavy demand the courier couldn’t guarantee it. The courier shouldn’t accept the extra payment or a different courier should be used.th

Verified reviewChristmas shopping made easy! I am delighted to be a Cowling & Wilcox customer. I needed to buy an online art supplies voucher which my aunt could spend locally (London). I am proud to support British businesses not A**Z**. Easy to order. 5*

Verified reviewGood service on all fronts apart from inadequate packaging of goods. A layer of protective (recyclable) material would have shielded the brittle container that the pens are sold in.

Verified reviewThere was an error in the delivery and billing addresses. After a phonecall to you it seemed to have been sorted out. However, it wasn’t, but subsequently has been, or I hope it has as the parcel has not yet arrived at its destination. All staff were very helpful over this problem..
