Verified reviewhighly satisfied with my order. Great quality products at very competitive prices compared to the few main rival art supplies companies! (I am a professional artist/printmaker). Bought these for my grandchildren, ranging in age from 2 - 12 years old. They loved the great coloured pencils and the small pack of crayons (2 year old). Fab service, best prices and brilliant to deal with - my favourite for art materials shopping. Just wish there could be more quality printmaking supplies available for me!

Verified reviewI had to ring customer services as I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same thing. I received an email from Cowlingandwilcox asking if I wanted to complete my order (I thought I'd completed & I had) I presume a glitch in the system. Customer Sevice were excellent, stopped the unwanted order & refunded my money promptly.
