Verified reviewI noticed after submitting the order that I had made an error. I phoned the company the following day and the matter was rectified. I was also given a discount for being a first time customer. I will use the company again, the materials were reasonably priced.

Verified reviewThis is the first time I have used Cowling & Wilcox … and the last! I made my order with them on 03/01/2022 and have not yet received it, today being 12/01/2022. I have had to contact them to obtain a ‘status’ update and told my order has been despatched and to allow 3-5 working days … fair enough … but I have already been waiting 7 working days! … not so much as an apology … which would have gone a long way! I would definitely not recommend C&W … particularly if you require your order reasonably quickly and efficiently!

Verified reviewThe items arrived promptly. My only small quibble is that I could not apply the first order discount, but as it was only a small order I was not too bothered.
