Verified reviewI purchase my watercolour paper from C&W in batches of 50 sheets which can be used both sides if you want. It's good robust paper at 280gsm (NOT) and extremely cost effective for me as a relative beginner, It's ideal. delivery is always prompt and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Verified reviewThe item arrived when expected, even though I changed the delivery day. The packaging had several patches of damage, probably caused by mishandling during transit, but fortunately there was no damage to the items.9

Verified reviewIt took over 2 weeks to receive my order of paint and some of it was out of stock and also some had leaked apparently, they needed my email approval twice to replace or refund and I was unaware of the emails which delayed things further. I needed this order urgently to finish a series of paintings for works going into several galleries in the UK and it was a very frustrating waiting experience. It is my first and last order from this company, I had to shop at Hobbycraft in the meantime. A real shame, paint was good and cheaper then elsewhere when it finally arrived. Communication was okay but the delays were unacceptable really and a phone call would have helped, it if is in stock online it should be available and if out of stock at least send the rest of the order in the meantime.
