Verified reviewThe packaging was just a bubble wrap envelope. The corners of the sketchbook were not protected. The pastel pencil was loose in with the sketchbook damaging it. The paintbrush was loose in the envelope nothin to protect the bristles. It arrived in a mess. I’ve been ordering from other sites which arrive in a box protected with corrugated card or boxed with no plastic and this just feels like you’re not paying your packers enough so they just don’t care.

I can assure the conditions our packers work under is no excuse for doing a poor job and not protecting our customers' parcels the best we can. I'm quite surprised you received your goods the way you did as we always make a large point in our training of protecting goods as we as we can.
