Thank you so much for letting us know about your late delivery. We're so sorry about this. I spoke to our customer service team to explore what happened and was told our Courier let us both down on this occasion. Having badgered them for days they re-found your parcel and finally delivered on 05/09/22. As you know, it took them way too long to deliver your order. Our Couriers are normally excellent but there is the odd delivery which goes horribly astray. I'm so sorry this happened to you. My team tell me we've been in touch with you and, despite the frustration of this episode, you've been very understanding. Thank you so much for that. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch or reply to this message. Kind Regards, Guy.
