No I haven’t and still can’t get in. Tried to reset password but don’t receive the reset email. Tried to register again but it says email already associated with an account.

I'm so sorry about this. We do have a few bugs with our new site. We're beavering away fixing these as quickly as possible. I can either ask someone to call you and then we can give you a new temporary password to allow yuo to login and then change the password to one more to your liking. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've just gone through our Paypal Checkout and it went straight to the payment screen once I'd logged in. Unfortunately, I couldn't emulate your issue. I was taken to a screen that said delivery was £3.49, I think. Then another screen said delivery would be determined after checkout and I would be emailed the amount or something similar. No where was I told delivery was free so was quite surprised.

I'll pass on your experience to our website developers and see if they can work out what could be going on there. I'll get back in touch when I have some feedback. Once again, many thanks, Guy. I've just had an update from the developers: We had a little bug in our new site where 'Alabama' was included for Paypal customers as their State/County. This obviously caused some confusion. Fortunately, this was solved quite quickly and I'm assuming this is what affected your transaction. So I'm hoping you shouldn't have any more issues with Paypal. Once again, sorry for the issues you've been facing.
