Verified reviewI had some issues with this company when I originally ordered, as they did not rerspond to my emails when the order was not processed as promised. However, after Chris Oscar-Moore wrote to me to explain I thereafter was very pleased with the effort Chris made to set everything straight. Their prices, and shipping costs, are very reasonable, and hopefully with folks like Chris to take care of customer service that you will be pleased with this business as well.

However, I ordered a large quantity of clay for a teaching class paying for express delivery on a Wedneday afternoon needing the materials for teaching a class on Saturday and at 12.50 today - the said Saturday,I still have not received my goods. Very bad service.

I've looked into your order and we sent out your goods on time (the following day after you ordered). So, you should have received your goods on the Friday. I have received them now about an hour ago. I understand from UPS that C&W didn’t specify my house number - I think the fault lies with your end. Rather than refund the delivery charge could I return some of the order which will need collecting as it is very heavy.
