Verified reviewDelivered in good time, however, there was a large piece of brown parcel tape across the box to fold down the edge, so it fitted in the envelope, which looked a bit ugly, as this was a gift.

Verified reviewI ordered two canvases as I needed a particular size. One is fine the other unusable because one corner is badly folded and has come undone This could be because of damage in transit .

Thank you getting in touch. I'm so sorry your goods arrived damaged. Could I please ask if you've been in touch with our customer service team so they could sort this out for you? If not, please let me know and I'll ask them to contact you when convenient. Kind regards, Guy, Cowling & Wilcox.

Thanks . I didn't get in touch with customer service as I needed the canvas urgently and have painted on one of then so though that it wouldn't be possible to return just one of the two. If I can return the faulty ine that would be great .

Thanks for letting me know. Once again, I'm so sorry your canvas arrived damaged. We do prefer to send our larger canvases out in pairs due to potential damage issues. However, I'll be happy to ask our customer service team to get in touch to either refund your damaged canvas or offset the refund against the purchase of 2 canvases. This, of course, is totally your choice. Kind regards, Guy.

Good evening. I'm very happy to say that I have spoken to a very helpful member of staff whi contacted me to offer a replacement or refund for the damaged canvas. I have accepted the refund and am very happy with the remaining undamaged canvas which is a great surface to work on. Thank you.
