I'm so sorry your delivery has taken so long to arrive. We've been sending all orders out on a 24 hour service so, despite the issues with Royal Mail, I'm very surprised this has taken so long. This is very different to the information given to me on the phone. There's no update available either from your phone line or Royal Mail. I'm really disappointed that I couldn't have been given this answer last week

Once again, I'm sorry you didn't receive the service you would have expected. We've been under a lot of pressure due to these Carrier issues. I've tracked your parcel again and Royal mail have not responded with a delivery message. Could you please let me know if you've now received your goods?
