Verified reviewExcellent customer service. I ordered ProMarker Pastel Tones (Set of 6). On receipt, I discovered one of these had no chisel felt tip - obviously a manufacturing fault. Chris of Cowling & Wilcox immediately despatched a replacement, and his warehouse manager checked every ProMarker pen they had in stock to ensure they were all OK. I have ordered again from them since and won't go anywhere else in future. Highly recommended.

Verified reviewI got in touch to ask what their dispatch and posting times were like with all the xmas posting kerfuffle and I got a really quick response saying they’d do their best but couldn’t guarantee anything- fair enough. I opted for next day delivery expecting it to take a couple of days but it came the day after I ordered in great condition. Very happy!
