Unfortunately, you felt you ordered the 50x60" canvases. When you contacted us, we apologised and said we'd be happy to refund you or replace the canvas if you returned the A3 ones back to us. This is standard practice if a customer has ordered the wrong product and would like to replace it or ask for a refund. Verified reviewGood quality products but rated poorly due to negative experience ordering online. I paid for next day delivery. Then got an email the next day requesting more money for shipping costs, which i begrudgingly paid. The products arrived 4 or 5 days after the order was placed. Very poor - surely the website can calculate shipping costs when the order is placed? I won’t be buying through this site ever again

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm pleased you were pleased with your goods but I'm so sorry you had a bad service experience. Unfortunately, the goods you ordered were pretty heavy and as you wanted them sent to Northern Ireland we are restricted by a 2Kg maximum weight with Royal Mail. If they'd been within that limit we would have sent out immediately on a tracked Royal Mail Next Day service. I can assure you once we received your payment we sent your goods out on the fastest service we could to Northern Ireland for heavier items. I'm so sorry our carrier didn't get your parcel to you as quickly as we both would have expected. Kind regards, Guy.

I can assure you our customers love our range of canvas and I notice you bought these during our recent Madness event so you bought them for 70% off. Could you please let me know why you felt these were poor quality so we could possibly help you with any issues you have. Please accept my apologies for the shoddy packaging. It's certainly not an excuse but is hopefully an explanation that our Madness events put huge pressure on our packing departments so there is the potential for the odd parcel to go out not packed as well as we would normally expect.
