Verified reviewInitially there was a problem with part of my order getting lost in transit. Customer service was excellent and Megan sorted out a replacement product. Unfortunately then it appears that it was out of stock but this was not flagged up to Megan and so I never received the product. When I flagged this up when asked to review cowling and wilcox they couldn't have been more apologetic and have since kept in contact to make sure I received the replacement order. As the size of varnish I'd ordered was out of stock they sent me a larger size at no extra cost. Very good customer service. I will definitely be ordering again.

Verified reviewC & W are great - I often buy my art materials with them. This time I received a phone call from them, as it was going to take a few days for one of my paints to become available - it was very considerate of them to call. They tend to go that extra bit. Always confident to buy from them.
