Verified reviewEasy to order, it just took longer until the product was dispatched, due to the knife. I had to prove that I am over 18, but all went well. Customer service - excellent. Knife- great! Cutting mat- useful.

Verified reviewNot only did they take forever to send, they also took the money twice! I'm still waiting for a refund! Paint colour was totally different to what was shown.

I'm so sorry we had so many issues with your order. I understand you paid twice as you paid by credit card and Paypal. We asked for a refund to be issued but, unfortunately, our accounts lady was on holiday at the time. I can only apologise for the delay in this. I believe your payment has now been refunded. Could you please confrim this is the case from your end? You said the goods took forever to send. We do endeavour to send deliveries out within 24 hours but sometimes there is a little delay. In your case, your goods were sent out within 2 working days and was delivered on a Tracked service within another day. So, I'm afraid I can't see that we did a lot wrong here. If you still ahve issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll help you out to the best of our ability. Kind regards, Guy.
