Verified reviewThe website was very easy to use and I found what I wanted. The order process was easy. I contacted customer services as I ordered over a bank holiday and was concerned that my purchase, which was a Birthday present, would not arrive in time. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. My purchase arrived in time.

I'm so sorry your order took so long to be shipped. Your order included restricted items (knives) so, by law, we have to check age of the buyer. I notice you requested Next day shipping so this really shouldn't have taken so long. Once again, I do apologise. Kind regards, Guy.
