Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you didn't receive adequate tracking details. We do send these out to our customers so I can only assume they went astray. I'm so sorry about this. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewThe pastel crayons arrived in an envelope - not a box. Ten of the crayons were broken. The process of returning the goods and getting a refund is proving tedious and lengthy.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you've had an issue with our returns procedure and the state in which your goods arrived. I understand now we've received your goods and have issued a full refund plus a refund for your postage. We would normally receive pictures from the customer which would help us sort out a solution without the need of returning the goods. I'm sorry we couldn't provide a better service on this occasion and I'll reiterate to our despatch team to package these type of goods much more robustly. Kind regards, Guy.
