Verified reviewThere is an excellent variety of materials at very competative prices and the website is easy to navigate. Subsequent delivery was efficient and the goods were packed such that they could not be damaged in any way. Communication very good, especially when I was confused regarding the use of gift voucher, maybe the procedure could have been less so for an old stumbly like myself. But probably fine for someone more switched on than I.

Verified reviewA company that I am glad that I have found. I am a textile artist but I still use other art materials for my work. The abundance of art materials and the prices are just fabulous. Thanks

Verified reviewQuick dispatch, items as described & packed securely. The widest range of W&N gouache (that's always in stock!!) and the 'cheap' brush set I bought as a fancy, turned out to be my new favourite. Will use again.

Verified reviewI ordered something and realised when I got it that I had ordered incorrectly. I requested a return in accordance with the Online and Distance selling regulations, of course I was happy to pay return postage as it was my mistake, but Cowling and Wilcox refused the return. I have emailed them back saying that I have the right to a 14 day cooling off period under the regulations but nobody has replied. I would definitely not recommend Cowling and Wilcox .

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had issues with your return. I've looked into this for you and I understand one of our customer service team has been in touch to apologise. I understand it was a genuine mistake from our end. We were having a few technical issues with our returns system around the time you requested to return your goods and instead of us authorising it (as we, of course, should have) our system rejected it. I can only apologise for this. I understand you're now sending the goods back to us and you're happy to re-review us when we receive the goods and have applied a refund. Please let me know if we can help further. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewI'm always satisfied with my orders from C and W. My most recent order was for a set of 16 fine Posca pens at half price... a bargain and I'm delighted with them. Quick, trouble free service, I've never been disappointed with this company.
