Verified reviewI bought a studio easel in their sale and had to contact Cowling & Wilcox Customer Service because after assembling it seemed the easel was defective. I was both impressed and very appreciative of the help received, the issue was quickly resolved and I’m now delighted with my easel. Their Customer Service is excellent and I can’t praise them enough.
