Verified reviewPrices are competitive but packaging lets the service down. My first order was damaged due to poor packaging. Cowling and Wilcox responded by supplying better packaging for the second order which turned my opinion of the company around. Unfortunately, for the third order it was back to their old ways, with the package simply wrapped in paper, affording no protection against the rough and tumble of postage. Not ideal for art materials. Shame.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you've had two bad experiences with us where we've let you down with our poor packaging. You're, of course, totally right. We do try and keep our standards very high but sometimes it's difficult to keep an eye on every package going out to make sure our team hasn't cut corners. We will continue to endeavour to strive for the best service we can and, to do that, we're very grateful to hear when we get it wrong. One again, thank you and sorry.
