Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've looked into your order and notice you bought one of our Student Packs. These packs are chosen by your Course Tutors so we have no say over the products included in them. However, I have to say your tutors have chosen well as all of the products are from quality suppliers and I can assure you our pricing is excellent on these. We strive very hard to keep cost slow on these to help you and your fellow Students. Could you please explain to me a little more what your issues have been with your Pack so I can see if I can help further or you've received items which are not up to standard? Kind regards, Guy.
