Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your order took too long to arrive. I've looked into your order and can see it was sent out within 48 hours of receiving your order but Royal Mail took longer than expected to deliver your goods. I can only apologise for this and assume it is due to the extra pressure they're under at this time of year. In terms of the emails. I'm sorry about this and can assure you this is not normal. It's a symptom of this time of year where we (and our competitors) are reminding as many people as possible about our great offers (ongoing and specific to Black Friday). Verified reviewThe products that I have bought from them are excellent but the number of marketing emails I received following my order is bordering on harrassment. I am so annoyed by this company's marketing tactics that I will not be ordering from them again despite their excellent products.

I totally understand this. I can assure you this is not normal but is a symptom of this time of year where we're all (including all of our competitors) trying to attract custom.
