Verified reviewOrdering easy, items dispatched straight away and initially delivery seemed okay. There were 2 parcels but only one delivered, this is where Cowling and Wilcox really stepped up. I emailed them, had a reply within a couple of hours where they prequested a delivery of the 2nd parcel. This didn't work so when I contacted them again a new item was dispatched while the initial problem was escalated to be investigated. I consider this to be an excellent example of customer service, let down only by the delivery company.
