Verified reviewYou deserve five stars, but I resent being asked for my opinion every time. I will continue to buy art materials from you because of the excellent service but please just let me submit five stars without writing something every time otherwise, I won’t bother submitting anything!

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I totally understand your point of view. It may be a restriction of our system but I'll talk personally to our technical team to see if this is possible. In the meantime, could you send me your gift voucher code so I can subtract your delivery from it and refund you the money from the card you used to pay for your order? Kind regards, Guy. ** Update ** Yes, unfortunately as I feared, this is a restriction of our system. I'm so sorry about this. It's very frustrating. Can you please send me your gift card code so I can do this manually for you?
