Verified reviewThe prices were absolutely amazing. Customer service was good too. The packaging and/or delivery was unfortunately dreadful, all the things came slightly damaged and the box was just battered

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your parcel arrived damaged. We normally make a real point of packing parcels as well as we can so it's very disappointing your parcel arrived damaged. Can I please check do you think it was poor packaging from us or rough handling from the Carrier? I need to check so that we know where to target our improvements. I'll ask one of our customer service team to get in touch with you so they help you with your issues. Once again, I really apologise for the issues you've faced. Kind regards, Guy..

Verified reviewI found navigating the cowlingandwilcox.com website very enjoyable - no stress there, as it has been very carefully thought out. As a result, I was able to easily find and select exactly the products I need. My items arrived very thoughtfully packaged to keep them undamaged. I am delighted with the quality of the items I bought: a desk-top easel, pastel paper pad, putty rubbers and pastels. The customer service I received was excellent - friendly, informed and professional. My box arrived in very good time too. All in all, a very positive first time purchasing experience with Cowling and Wilcox - it won’t be my last! I very highly recommend both the company and the products at cowlingandwilcox.com.
